Our location offers many possibilities concerning private events or corporate events. The atmosphere of the club and lounge is mysterious yet glamorous and attractive, extra decoration won’t be needed, of course there are endless possibilities to completely customize the setting to your demand.
Blue Ivy is arranged that the lounge and club area can be separated from each other. We offer place for 25 up to 450 people for a memorable and fully catered evening or day.
Blue Ivy can be reserved for your private event outside our regular club hours.

Rental options Blue Ivy
Our club offers all possibilities for several events. With a maximum capacity of 450 pax you could choose for a spacious layout or cozy crowded space. The club is very suitable for a product launch, a photoshoot or corporate- or private events.
The lounge is an excellent place to receive your guests, to organize a dinner or an after drink. Besides the large island bar there is a large area for your guests to sit. The capacity of the lounge is 90 people. While using the lounge you can either choose background music or a DJ can perform.
Our bars are equipped with a wide range of beverages. Of course, everything is negotiable concerning special demands outside our assortment, or you could reduce the assortment by for example decreasing it to a domestic bar. We work with a bar guarantee (based on actual cost) or with a bar buy-out. In both cases, this choice is separated from the rent of the desired area.
For several dinners, buffets and snacks Blue Ivy is working with a couple preferred caterers which have been carefully selected to present you the best suggestions. These are specially selected for you to fulfill all of your wishes. Our caterers can provide snacks to full dinners. Depending on your demands and the size of your company, we can make you a suitable offer. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own caterer.
When using the rented premises, we sufficiently plan our qualified bar staff. Besides that there will be a barmanager and an event manager present who will be your contact during your event, and who will ensure that the event will be completely to your demands as discussed.
In cooporation with the caterer or through our own channel we can arrange any decoration needed for your event. We have a large file with every imaginable sort of entertainment, we would love to hear your wishes so we can make your event an unforgettable one. We would be more than happy to give you original suggestions to make sure your event is matched with your demands. From charming hostesses up to different sorts of entertainment, from a wedding cake to a photographer. Would you like the club or lounge in a certain theme or you want your guests to arrive in a private boat, everything is possible at Club Blue Ivy.
Due to our central location, Blue Ivy is very easy to reach with public transport, by car or even by boat. With a 50 meters walking distance to The Amstel, you could easily have a boat drop you off. Going for public transport? Take tram 9 or 14 from Amsterdam Central to the Rembrandt Square to get to Club Blue Ivy. From there it is a mere 100 meters into the Amstelstraat. You will find Club Blue Ivy on your right side. You could also take metro 51 of 53 from Amsterdam Central and get out at stop Waterlooplein. From there it is a mere 300 meters to the Amstelstraat where you will find Club Blue Ivy on your left side.
Right next to Blue Ivy there’s a parking garage called The Bank, several more parking garages are located around the Waterlooplein.
